You have an opportunity to "Change your
Life, Change your Practice". As MCC and MCF transition from
a Pastor/Staff-driven model to a Congregational-led model,
you have an opportunity to increase your involvement. As we
as a community aspire to drive for dramatic and sustained
transformation, please be involved in your community and
help drive our vision and strategies to reality.
The MCC/MCF Boards of Directors are revitalizing our
supporting Committee Structure to lead our church and
foundation forward. These Committees will focus on leading
our community into living our practices, while using the
strengths of our community and congregation to bring us
greatness.
We have established seven Committees, reporting to the
Boards of Directors, which will drive the activities of the
church and foundation to fulfill our Vision, Mission, and
Goals. These Committees are: Building,
Communications/Marketing, Development, Finance, Human
Resources, Lay Leadership, and Social Justice Programs.
Now is the time for you to express your interest. We are
looking for team leads and committee members to help in all
of the above areas. You can fill out a form online or pick
up a form at church.
